Victory Outreach South West of Bakersfield, Ca. is having a fundraiser for a building fund. We are in the process of purchasing a 10acr land of our own!! FYI this land is not only for our new church building but also for our New Arising Destiny Centers, refuge homes for troubled youth and adults.
